By purchasing and downloading these files, you agree to the following terms.

You May:

✔ Use the files to create physical products for personal use.
✔ Use the files to create physical products for commercial sale (shirts, sweatshirts, bags, hats, towels, etc.).
✔ Resize the design within reason, understanding that excessive resizing may affect stitch quality.
✔ Use the design on unlimited finished products.

You May Not:

✘ Share, sell, trade, gift, or distribute the digital files in any format.
✘ Copy, trace, digitize, or recreate the design for resale.
✘ Alter the design and claim it as your own.
✘ Upload the files to any website, Facebook group, file-sharing service, or marketplace for others to download.
✘ Include the digital files in bundles or subscription services.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered once files have been downloaded.

File Testing

All embroidery designs are test stitched before release whenever possible. Because machine settings, stabilizers, thread, fabric, and hooping methods vary, results may differ slightly. Wynning Boutique is not responsible for issues caused by improper hooping, incorrect stabilizers, thread tension, machine settings, or resizing beyond recommended limits.

Copyright

All embroidery designs and PNG files are the intellectual property of Wynning Boutique and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a file grants you a license to use the design—it does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
